As we awaken to our powers and true purpose, we go through many phases of empowerment, liberation, transitions, changes, ego deaths and new embodiments. With all of this we acquire new knowledge and remember more of who we truly are. We collect data to benefit how we think, act, experience, give and receive, and it is hard but positive altogether. It is normal to sometimes feel weakened or heavy by all that has occurred, and feel like your confidence and courage needs a boost.

When you feel confident, courageous, empowered and energized— you more fully express and embody the authenticity of who you truly are. There is a life force and a passion that pulsates at your core and encourages you to continue pursuing all that you know you are meant to be and achieve.
