About Heather Hoffman

At age 11 I was voted president of my school as a new student and played nine different sports

By 14 I had spoken on the city council board multiple times on issues in our city, and was regularly volunteering at homeless shelters and crisis relief centers independently (not via church or a group)

By the age of 16 I had my own talk show and radio show on PBS about teen topics such as parental issues, bulling, sex ed, etc

By 17 I personally started and lead walk outs against racism at my school, was voted cheer captain of 65 girls, wrote for the city newspaper, nominated prom queen every year, and was voted 4 titles in high school; everybody’s best friend, class clown, best hair, and most attractive (but I could only choose one)

At 18 I was living on my own; worked two full time jobs, got custody of my little sister and started modeling

At 19 I thought my mom had committed suicide and I detached from my old life and moved to San Francisco to go to the Academy of Art University

At 20 I dropped out and co-created my own company with my partner, which evolved into a cannabis company that has made millions

At 23 I was on Dr Phil and learned my mom was alive- started my healing journey with her, and she has now become my best friend

By 24 I had a show featured on Hulu, Roku, AppleTV and Prime. I was featured in magazines and spoke on panels as an expert in cannabis education, often as the youngest one and only woman (before cannabis was legal)

At 25 I tried plant medicine and devoted fully to my spiritual journey. I traveled the world and birthed Activation Vibration, a frequency of consciousness that has awoken many

I have since hosted 20+ in person retreats, helped millions of people awaken and start their spiritual journey, traveled, healed and flourished with my family, and manifested my greatest dream. I became a recording, touring and preforming music artist with millions of listeners and followers, and co-created 5 more successful companies along the way which still flourish today.

I am now 32, writing another book, beginning a new exciting chapter in life, and there’s more brewing behind the scenes which will ripen soon 😇

It is an honor to be in earth with you.

Weird Facts About Me, you probably didn’t know:

I can sleep almost immediately and pretty much anywhere—within seconds of closing my eyes.

I have a weird obsession with algae, and munch on chlorella and spirulina tablets as snacks. #mermaid

I am both hyper-feminine and hyper-masculine. The way I create, feel and operate is feminine. The way I think, lead, and play is masculine.

I have a disturbingly high pain tolerance— I usually smell the burning of my skin before I can feel it, and have a slow reaction to pain, yet am also very sense-itive to touch.

I often communicate by making weird noises and facial expressions and have no idea I’m doing it.

I have full sensory awareness in all my toes and can move them like fingers. I can also individually move almost all features and muscles on my face/head.

I was 6 years old when I first started traveling on airplanes alone.

I have an alter ego that comes out when I’m exhausted named “Gwen” and she’s a harsh comedian that gives no fuks and takes no prisoners.

I was on a break dancing team when I was younger and was sincerely inspired by the movie “Step Up.” I can still do a few moves.

By the age of 16 I experienced living in the .01% of riches, and full poverty in the projects with friends/boyfriends and their extended families.

My boxing record was 15-0 but I’ve gotten my ass beat before, and I feel it made me a better person.
